Antique Continental Iridescent Opaline Glass Vase Metal Mounts Loetz Style c1920

  
For sale is this lovely iridescent opaline glass base with metal mounts. I would guess that it was made in the beginning of the 20th century, possibly in Austria; it has the look of a Loetz piece. The white iridescent glass body is draped with green snake like tubes around the collar and topped with a metal mount. The base is approximately 19 centimeters tall and 8 centimeters wide at the widest point.

The weight of this attractive vase is about 378 grams. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
