Antique French Baccarat pate de riz opaline glass vase 1845-1870

  

Lovely, exquisite and very rare cabinet vase made in opaline glass. Beautiful opaline glass in the "Pate de riz" version (rice paste opaline glass). Moulded decor in facettes on the neck and body with gilded accents. Excellent condition, gilt is faded at some places, residue on the bottom inside.
