Absolutely gorgeous luxurious antique opalescent boudoir box from a very elegant Art Deco era. This particular box is with a very hard to find design of this producer, it oozes the glamour, decadence and beauty of the 1930s. Frosted opalescent glass decorated with relief moulded figures of beautiful women, carrying torches in their hands.

Sides of this marvellous box are covered with in relief stencil etched clouds, imitating probably heaven. Signed on the underside with Costebelle and Made in France. Excellent condition, two chips on the opening of the box, not at all disturbing, when lid is on, it does absolutely not detract from the beauty of this fantastic piece. Dimensions 12,5 cm / 9,5 cm.
