This shade has been crafted in a radiant uranium citrine green glass which has an incredibly strong glow under a UV blacklight indicating the presence of Uranium. EXQUISITE ANTIQUE VICTORIAN OPALESCENT URANIUM GLASS SHADE. EXCEPTIONAL LARGE SIZE & STUNNING PATTERN! Encased semi-opaque opalescent vaseline stripes radiate around the stylishly shaped shade, beautifully contrasting the transparent uranium green glass.

This pattern would look truly exquisite with the warm glow of lamp light illuminating the glass. The piece has an elegantly waved rim which glistens with vibrant fiery orange opalescent tones. This exquisite shade would add a warm and inviting ambiance to any home.

The gallery opening has an internal diameter of 11cms while the waved rim has an opening of 13.5cms. CONDITION: This exquisite shade is presented in excellent antique antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.

There is the odd incredibly minuscule rough spot to the rim of the gallery opening and the a few exceptionally small light and fine surface scratches to the body both noticeable only on extremely close examination but mentioned for complete accuracy. There are a few little encapsulated air bubbles and inclusions within the glass, a standard part of the manufacturing process.
