Antique Victorian French Blue Opaline Glass & Gilt Patterned Small Scent Bottle. This beautiful little scent bottle & stopper is a wonderful example of Antique French Opaline Glass. Created in the mid to late 19th Century in Robins Egg Blue Opaline Glass, it is a lovely example. Its fabulous colour as well as its droplet shaped stopper and compact size, along with its hand gilded Fleur De Lis patterns that, though now faded, you can still make out, come together to form a striking and delightfully tactile piece. The perfect addition to any collection or display. 9.5cm tall with stopper in, 6cm tall without stopper. Just over 5cm wide at widest point.

Rim is just under 3cm and the actual opening is just over 0.75cm. The stopper itself is 5.5cm long and just over 1.5cm wide at widest point. Condition is'Used' - The gilt patterns are faded and there are some inclusions to the glass such as black marks within the glass and bubbles. Also 3 sort of indents within the glass on the stopper which are also manufacturers inclusions.
