Art Deco Rise & Fall Ceiling Light by "NIKO BELGIUM" Bakelite & Opaline Shade. Acquired in France recently, a rare & unusual rise & fall ceiling light marked "NIKO Belgium" - have only ever seen a few rise & fall lights in Bakelite & they are always damaged, this however is in fab condition & excellent working order. The ceiling rose, centre balance & shade/bulb holder are Bakelite, the shade is Opaline with a striking pattern, very geometric/Art Deco.

Marked "NIKO Belgium" on top of the shade holder. Takes a standard screw-in E27 (E26 USA) bulb. Shortest Drop 55cm (22") - Fully Extends to 1.7m (69") if required. Glass shade 25cm (10) wide.
