Art Nouveau Opalescent Glass Oil Spot Serpent Vase c. 1905, Rindskopf or Loetz
A small, Art Nouveau, long necked, bottle shaped vase, in an unusual decor of pale jade opalescent glass decorated with pale gold iridescent'oil spots' and with an applied trailing snake'handle'. Although unmarked, this beautiful piece is certainly Bohemian, made circa 1905, possibly by Loetz but more probably by Rindskopf's Sohne AG of Teplice in what is now Czechia.
In excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or signs of restoration. Two tiny seeds, one on the bowl and one on the neck under the snake.
