Biedermeier era, Bohemian opaline art glass vase is beautifully decorated with sprays of botanical wild flowers in nature. Four different groupings of flowers with greenery are hand painted with vibrant polychrome colours.
I believe the flowers depicted are yellow Foxglove rosettes, blue Canterbury Bells, purple Irises, and pink Anemone (buttercup) flowers. There is also maroon, hand painted sections with gold geometric diamond borders and accented gold bands. Rim is polished cut, and the low footed base has a pontil mark with ground perimeter. The rim is 3-1/8 diameter.
Low footed base is 2-1/4 diameter. Attributed to Bohemian glasshouse, Harrach, or Josephinenhutte. Best offers and questions are graciously welcomed!
