You can use it as a pen tray as well. I have never seen anything like this before.

I cannot identify the maker for sure. On my research, I found (links below) it was attributed potentially by Nason. If you know anything about this, please message me.

This tray glows super strongly. It has no damage at all. It is about 9" in length and 1" high. The depth is about 3. It has no chips no cracks at all.

I can feel some tiny nibbles along one side of the rim. They are not noticeable and hard to show in my photos. You can find more information here.
