Rare opportunity to acquire something unique with classic appeal to boost your original period lighting collection. Very elegant piece of art nouveau vintage lighting. Standing on a decorative circular bordered base with original cast metal stabilizer plate and brass cable exit grommet.

Base dressed in fine wool mix green baize base covering. Turned profile staged column with upper and lower gallery stages. Tall circular profile neck supporting the original bronze switched bayonet fit bulb holder with turn-handle switch mechanism and Bakelite fittings. Original 1920s hand moulded segmented cloud tinted Opaline art deco shade. Lamp has been professionally re-wired in best period match three-core fabric braided 0.75mm twist cable, earthed, tested, and in perfect working order.

Original 1920s (MK) three--round pin brown Bakelite plug with early cord grip system, and heat shrunk cable protective sleeve. Ready to use, (for both UK & USA homes) no additional parts or wiring required other than a suitable US voltage compliant bulb for US homes. For dimensions, please see images.
